Due to an infestation concern with some lots of BODEK and B’GAN brands of FROZEN STRAWBERRIES from Peru, both companies have been instructed by their Rabbonim to remove this product from store shelves while the matter is being investigated. This concern applies only to bags that state Product of Peru. Bodek and B’gan strawberries from other countries are not affected.
FANTA PINA COLADA FCB Slurpee syrup, which in the past was certified OU Dairy, is now pareve. All versions of Fanta Pina Colada – soda, fountain syrup and Slurpee syrup – are now pareve.
BAKER’S CORNER SUGAR at Aldi that bears the K-COR symbol is certified by the Council of Orthodox Rabbis / Vaad Harabbonim of Greater Detroit, although the wording around the symbol does not appear.
ALDI FRUIT STRIPS bear a Star-K symbol on some packages, while other packages bear no Kashrus marking. Check each package.
