- Rabbi Sholom Tendler, Kashrus Administrator of the Star-K, in a hands-on demonstration entitled “Bugs, Pests, and Insects”

Self-Esteem – the Universal Ingredient
Rabbi Dr. Abraham Twerski addressed the Detroit community on Sunday, July 15, 2012 a the Young Israel of Oak Park. His lecture discussed the importance of self-esteem as well as enhancing self-esteem throughout life.
This program formally introduced Noam Detroit, the Social Services division of the Council of Orthodox Rabbis, to the community.
The program was sponsored, in part, by Jewish Family Service.
